2.3 Equipment

• Holtain Stadiometer
• Healthometer Digital Scale (or similar calibrated research quality digital scale)
• An inelastic measuring tape x long (for waist, hip), accurate to 0.1 cm. with a lead before the zero mark.
• An inelastic measuring tape, 0.5 cm wide for neck, with a lead before the zero mark. (Gulick II are recommended for waist and can be used for neck as well since they provides equal and consistent tension for all examiners).
• Sliding caliper (if available)
