5.3.0 NP Study Visits

5.3.1 Baseline Evaluation Visit

• Baseline assessment completed prior to randomization on a morning visit (within 2 weeks of baseline PSG)
• Includes standardized assessment of neurocognitive/behavioral functions utilizing “NP Testing Version 1” or “NP Testing Version 2” assigned alternately by the psychometrician at each site, with the same version repeated at followup

5.3.2 7 Month Follow-up Visit

• 7 months after baseline assessment (i.e., 6 months following AT in EAT group) repeat neurocognitive/behavioral function examination

5.3.3 12 Month Follow-up (“Open Label”) Visit

• This visit will be an abbreviated NP version as described below:
  • NEPSY Attention/ Executive Functions
  • NEPSY-II Inhibition and Word Generation subtests
  • PEDS-QL
  • Behavioral Questionnaires (repeat all questionnaires, including teacher measures)
