5.5.0 NP-Related Endpoints

5.5.1 Primary

• Attention/Executive Functions Index from the NEPSY (Tower, Auditory Attention and Response Set, Visual Attention)

5.5.2 Secondary

• DAS-II General Conceptual Ability Composite score (stop/safety change measure with GCA score declines of 1.5 SD’s during second assessment)
• Combined composite score - NEPSY-II Inhibition and Word Generation
• Parent BRIEF Global Executive Composite (GEC; parent form only)
• Teacher BRIEF Global Executive Composite (GEC; teacher form only)
• Parent Behavior Regulation Domain computed from parent ratings of the following:
  • 1. CBCL Externalizing composite from parent rating forms only
  • 2. BRIEF Behavior Regulation Index from parent form
  • 3. Conners “externalizing” subscales (i.e., Oppositional, Hyperactivity, Conners’ ADHD Index, Conners’ Global Index: Restless-Impulsive, DSM-IV: Hyperactive-Impulsive from parent rating form)
• Teacher Behavioral Regulation Domain computed from the following:
  • 1. BRIEF Behavior Regulation Index from teacher form
  • 2. Conners’ “externalizing” subscales (i.e., Oppositional, Hyperactivity, Conners’ ADHD Index, Conners’ Global Index: Restless-Impulsive, DSM-IV: Hyperactive-Impulsive from teacher rating form)

5.5.3 Tertiary

• Combined composite score computed from the (1) Special Nonverbal Composite (SNC) from the DAS-II and (2) the VMI standard score
• Verbal Memory Domain (i.e., WRAML-2 Verbal Learning)
