6.6.2 Transmittal of PSG Data to PRC

Once properly de-identified and archived at the clinical site, the PSG data file and appropriate forms will be electronically transmitted to the PRC via a secure FTP (FTP over SSL) connection (See Appendix C for instructions for configuring FTP client software and connecting to the PRC FTP server). The signal verification form, Sleep Tech Observation Form and Signal Integrity Check Sheet should be scanned to create a PDF file named with the participant ID_mmddyy format. Clinical sites will register at the PRC Chat website* to activate their login and password for FTP access. Designated PSG site staff will enter transmittal data on the website to facilitate accurate tracking of data.
