Hi all,

I've been trying to work with the mesa-sleep-dataset-combined-visit1and5.csv table for visit 5 parameters. However, the IDs are from visit 1 ("MESAID") and are not aligned with the patients of visit 5 (In visit 1 there are way more patients) and the rest of the table for visit 5 parameters is shorter.

Is there a chance to achieve a column of MESAID5? (The IDs according to visit 5)

I hope the problem is clear.

Best regards, Yuval Ben Sason, AIMLab., Technion.

Hi Yuval,

We are only sharing the 'mesa-sleep-dataset-0.4.0.csv' file: https://sleepdata.org/datasets/mesa/files/datasets

This dataset contains 2,237 rows, corresponding to the number of subjects who participated in the MESA Sleep ancillary study as part of MESA Exam 5. The dataset is keyed on 'mesaid'.

Note that NSRR, at this point, does not share any data from other MESA exams. I will send you a followup email.
