Dear Friends,
we are using Alice 5 (philips Seep system) in our laboratory for past 2 years, recently we are having problem in data acquisition procedure, we are not able to start the system from pc, rather we the system starts from the base station and the the pc synchronises the data starts. just a couple of days ago we had a power surge resulting in stopping the data acquisition in the middle. after this incident we are not able to record data.
what could have been the problem.
