Mimoun,
None of our currently posted datasets contain actigraphy data, though bringing some actigraphy datasets online is certainly something we want to do in the future. We do hope to post some MESA Sleep (ancillary to the MESA project) data within the next year, where we performed 7-day wrist-worn actigraphy on 2,000+ subjects.
Studies like SOF and MrOS did do actigraphy as well, but those were done at different study visits than the sleep measures and the data won't be found on NSRR. You would have a better shot at accessing those data directly from the SOF/MrOS Coordinating Center by submitting an analysis proposal to them. The same goes for MESA, probably.
Sorry we don't have anything available right now - we hope to soon!
Aaron,
I don't have any meaningful updates on MESA availability; I know discussions are still ongoing. I am not aware of other public sources of concurrent PSG/actigraphy.
I met with another colleague recently who showed interest in sharing some of his historical data on NSRR (including joint PSG/actigraphy), but I think that will be another slow moving process.
On the upside, we should have HCHS/Sueno actigraphy data shared sometime this summer, although those do not have concurrent PSG.
I started a project as you may see in http://www.medicoimpianti.it/actigraphy-analysis-contest.html May be it fits your search.
the project about actigraphy entered his second phase as described in http://www.medicoimpianti.it/actigraphy-analysis-contest.html
I felt a needed step to complete the project as described in
http://www.medicoimpianti.it/sleep-analysis-contest.html
Actigraphy data are now available as part of the HCHS/SOL dataset. Overall summary data are available, as well as epoch-by-epoch (30 second) data from the (usually) week long recording.
