Using the weekly alcohol use cutoffs from alcohol_use_disorder, this variable combines never users and former users into a group called 'no current use'. Definitions of 'low level use' and 'high level use' correspond to those of 'low risk drinker' and 'at-risk drinker' from alcohol_use_disorder.
