I research for sleep-apnea using ECG signal.

So I write permitions about using open dataset on NSRR. Therefore, I downloaded SHHS on my research.

I don`t understand on "shhs-data-dictionary-0.18.0-variables.csv" file information. Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI) has 4-stages below: -None/Minimal: AHI < 5 per hour / -Mild: AHI ≥ 5, but < 15 per hour/ -Moderate: AHI ≥ 15, but < 30 per hour/ -Severe: AHI ≥ 30 per hour And I know how to calculate AHI values.

1. above are 4-stages different stages from csv files "Central Apnea-Hypopnea Index" and "Obstructive Apnea-Hypopnea Index" ?

2. is it different, I can select one of 4 condition by the AHI-condition on my research?

3. "ahiov50" values in "shhs-data-dictionary-0.18.0-variables.csv" files separate from 3 values: 0, 1, and 8 which different 0 and 8. 0 means No, and 8 means Not-applicable. I so understand that No and Not-applicable have equal meaning. is it right?

Also I really appreciated on NSRR answers. I tried to study on SHHS dataset by using all material stuff related to SHHS files.

I have two question about downloading data.

if I type "nsrr download shhs/polysomnography/edfs/shh2", I would find the program which is stopped on "shhs2-205205.edf"

Could I re-download to starting at "shhs2-205205.edf"?

So I find nsrr download shhs/polysomnography/edfs/shhs2 --fast

is it right command?

I really thanks for my first question about SHHS download problem.

And I have another question for ECG signal.

1. In "08-equipment-shhs1.md" , it said that "ECG Placement: Medtronic Medclear ECG snap electrodes. 2 leads place R subclavicle-L lower rib. Occasional modesty issues necessitated altering placement to right subclavicle-left suubclavicle. Position 3-5 cm below the middle of the right and left collar bones, in spaces between rib bones." I was not major in related to ECG parts. So I didn`t understand about "Occasional modesty issues necessitated altering placement to right subclavicle-left suubclavicle". It means that normally it goes modified lead II ECG signal on SHHS1, but occasional modesty issues happens, it goes on lead I ECG signal?

2. I red someone question for ECG signal about SHHS1, SHHS2, and MrOs. answer is that ECG L and R are separated. However, I dont know ECG L and R exact meaning. would you tell more explanation about ECG L and R? I tried these information on internet, but I didnt find any proper information.

3. Final question looks like worthless something. In SHHS, documents said that 12-lead ECG signal. Other Dataset said same letters, because of using PSGs. So, probably I would only use lead 2 ECG signal in my research, would I get information for which Open dataset hold lead II ECG signal in NSRR documents.

Hello I know about restarting SHHS dataset.

I downloaded it from last Thursday(7 April), however, it stopped "shhs\polysomnography\edfs\shhs1" "shhs1-202268.edf" file.

So I want to find "https://github.com/nsrr/nsrr-gem"

And I find console manual and I try it same command.
