SHHS variables can be browsed here: https://sleepdata.org/datasets/shhs/variables
Some medications-related data are available at both the SHHS1 and SHHS2 visits, e.g., https://sleepdata.org/datasets/shhs/variables?folder=Medical+History%2FMedications
Thank you so much for your assistance.
I would like to know what kind of information was collected in the follow-up? only CVD-outcomes? the medication variables source you mentioned above is related to the baseline sleep study (shhs1: between 1995 and 1998) and the second sleep study (shhs2: between 2001 and 2003). I am looking forward the follow-up variables (the follow-up seems to be continued until 2011). I want to know what information exists in these years from 2001-2003 to 2011.
I would appreciate a lot if you clarify me.
Thanks
This file gives some insights into what was collected at each visit, inclduing the Interim Follow-Up: https://sleepdata.org/datasets/shhs/files/documentation?f=SHHS_Documentation_of_Analytic_Database.pdf
The only thing tracked beyond SHHS2 (i.e., 2003+) were CVD outcomes and mortality status.
