7.5.2 Electrode Placement

  • Right Hand: (use red leads)

    • Wrist: A detecting electrode edge is placed on the imaginary line bisecting the ulner (bone on the little finger side of the wrist). A red clip is attached to the electrode.
    • Finger: A signal electrode is paced on the first joint of the middle finger. A black clip is attached to the electrode.
  • Right Foot: (use black leads)

    • Ankle: A detecting electrode is placed on an imaginary line bisecting the medial mellealus (bone on big toe side of ankle).
    • Toe: A signal electrode is placed on the base of the second toe. A black clip is attached to the electrode.
