7.6.3 Export Procedure

• 1. Select the Import & Export menu on the Cyprus screen.

• 2. A smaller window will open.
• 3. Click on Export. This will send the file to an Excel.dat file.

• 4. After exporting, select Close.
• 5. Exit program, if done.
• 6. On the desktop there is a folder called Cyprus Export. If you open the file you will see all the data you have entered into Cyprus. Save to Family Body Fat folder.
• 7. You will be asked if you should save over the last file. Select Yes. This gives a backup of the file on the network.
