19.4.5 Moving the Converted File to the Network

  1. Double click on the Move Eden Files icon. This will open Windows Explorer.
  2. You will need to open C:\eden\data.
  3. Highlight and copy all the files that you downloaded from the EdenTrace monitor that you want to move to the N drive. Once the files have been copied on to the clip board, you need to open the n:\ drive.
  4. To open the n:\ drive, use the mouse and click on the down arrow until you n:. Double click on *n:* to open. Navigate to n:\VSIG\Family.
  5. Paste all the files from the C drive to the Family folder. All of the Eden files should now appear in this directory.
  6. Once you have successfully copied these files, go back to the c:\eden\data folder and delete the files from this drive. If you are confident with the computer, you can also use the cut and paste command, which means that you do not need to go back to delete the files in the c:\ drive.
  7. Once you have moved the files from the C drive to the N drive, exit the window.
  8. Do not forget to check the ‘N:\VSIG’ column in the Monitor Control Log to indicate that this procedure has been completed.
