3.5 Data Review and Transmission to the DCC

After each test and before transmitting to the DCC:

1. Check the study quality.
2. Click the “Open file.”
3. Select the appropriate study. It will open.
4. Select “Automatic Analysis". The study will open with the occluded area highlighted.
5. Click on Test Analysis Icon at top of screen
6. Click on View Report. By clicking on View Report, the report will automatically be saved in Rich Text Format (RTF).
7. Print this report for the participant’s Case Report Form binder.
8. Go ED2000 Data icon located on your desktop. Here you will find the participant’s S32 file and RTF file.
9. Create a folder named EN11001B
   • EN- so we know it’s EndoPAT data
   • 5 digit participant ID
   • B=Baseline; F=Final visit
10. Put the S32 and RTF file in the new folder.
11. Upload the participant folder that contains these two files to the FTP server (refer to 1.1.1. Electronic Data Transfer of MOP).
12. Keep a copy of the participant folder that contains these two files for your site’s records.
